• The remaining balance must be paid in 6 equal monthly installments.

• 20% Down Payment: $4,000 (due immediately)

• Remaining Balance: $16,000

Important Terms

• Missed or late payments will result in immediate cancellation of the layaway agreement.

• All payments made are non-refundable.

• If the agreement is canceled or a payment is missed:

  • The vehicle will be relisted for sale.

  • TheRaceShop.com retains the right to resell the car.

  • No credit or refund will be issued for previous payments.
    
    

Title Transfer

• Vehicle title will only be transferred once 100% of the purchase price has been paid in full.
